Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: No returns for refunds. No exceptions. Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted under rare circumstances, such as if your order arrives damaged during the shipping process. The item must be in its original, unused condition—no combing, washing, brushing, or coloring of the hair. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via email. Approval is required. Refunds: Refunds are issued only under rare circumstances, at the discretion of the owner. If a refund is granted, the shipping cost will be deducted. Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you fully understand the items you are purchasing. Contact us with any questions about our products before making a purchase, especially if the information isn’t listed on our website.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Product Description: Pre-orders are for hair products not in stock but shipped from an international warehouse to Houston, TX. Shipping from International Warehouse: Once received in Houston, the product will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. Shipping to Destination: After arrival in Houston, your order will be shipped via FedEx, DHL, or USPS, and delivered within 2-3 business days. Signature Requirement: An adult signature is required for package retrieval. Shipping Information for Pynkkextensions : Express/Overnight Shipping (Hair On Hand Only): Delivery time: 1-2 business days. Note: Available only for products in the "Hair On Hand" category, not for pre-orders. Houston/Greater Houston Area Shipping: Delivery time: 2-5 business days. Standard Shipping (All Other States): Delivery time: 6-10 business days. International Shipping: Delivery time: 4-7 business days via FedEx or UPS. Colored/Custom Colored Hair: May take 2-3 additional days beyond standard shipping times. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. In order to avoid any delays in shipping please provide matching shipping & billing addresses. Holiday Shipping Delays: During major holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
